Olivo was selected as a recipient of the prestigious Experienced Teacher Fellowship Award. He has a Master'southward Caste specializing in materials and Processes of Industry and has completed 2 years of professional study beyond his Chief's Caste while being certified as a Vocational Advisor and School Administrator.
Dr. C. Thomas Olivo was the New York State Manager of Industrial Teaching and founder of Delmar Publishers. He was a machinist, a T&I and vocational teacher and a professor. Dr. C.
